Hey, for christmas I am looking to get a new HDTV.
Dad and I have been back and forth with the 32” HDTV LNA330 and A300 by Samsung. They look amazing in store and I am set on one or the other.
I know one has a higher ratio and the other one is lower.
If it came down to it I could live with the 500 dollar one. I don’t mind.
But heres my problem…. I have comcast, and this tv will be for my room.. which means I do not have a CABLE BOX. I have heard on the 330 model that they have distorted sound for HD channels when you do not have a cable box for comcast. Does this ALSO apply for the A300 model aswell? or just the 330?
Samsung makes great TV’s but if this sound problem is gunna hold me back on getting my hands on either the 330 or 300 I will be pretty pissed… didnt mean to sound spoiled but wtf?
1) No cable box = distorted sound for 330 AND 300? or just 330?
2) Should I just got with the 300? live with the 6,000:1 ??
