Who is the best “Jack” on TV?

I just decided to type “jack” into wikipedia one day to see what would come up. It led me to thinking about all the tv characters named Jack and whether there was some consensus about which was the best. After googling every possible version of “best character named jack” I decided to take a non-scientific meaningless survey.

I want to know who you think is the best fictional Jack on television. They can be Jacks past (Tripper) or present (Bauer) and come from any genre. Movie Jacks and reality/news hosts don’t count (so no Sparrow or Cafferty).
