First, this is my TV – Samsung LN-S2651D

My parents have Comcast Digital Cable, They have a box with HBO and everything. I have Standard Cable ( no box ) with a cable going into the back of my tv “ANT 2 IN”
You have to have a HDTV AND pay extra to the cable co for HDTV reception. You need a ‘box”too.

Amazing tv for an excellent price [Samsung LN46B630]
I was just on Samsung LN46B630 TV this afternoon, and the installation is very simple. There are many HDMI inputs (three rear, one side), and luckily there are also composite video inputs (two, both in the back), and the style of the old RCA video output (including the sides). The game also allows for USB, PC-out, optical digital audio input. You can also connect the application to the local network using a standard Ethernet connection (sorry kids, but not WiFi).
** EDIT: Ok, let me clarify something here. All will support WiFi with an appropriate USB adapter (Direct Link link Stick WIS09ABGN Samsung wireless LAN adapter), but because it is part of the game as they are, so the earlier comment on Wireless. END EDIT **
The assembly was easy (8 screws and fact). The stand also rotates a bit ‘(20 degrees left / right outside the school), but not rare, is a plus. It ‘also mention include stand Samsung Touch of Color “as the front has a clear red line, the cooperation in accordance with the same slot on the bezel of the TV. Honestly I’m not sure what the point of” Touch of Color ” But if nothing else, makes television is easier to find the irony in the dark (it’s like a second language for me, anyway). I say this only originally planned to make the search for a console-style, until I found the My old wall mounting (see below for details).
Speaking of finding things in the dark, but I must also say that the remote control for TV, but seems unable to control other devices (defaults to continue to transmit, pause, etc. .. Style button at the bottom of the remote control is used to control your presentations, etc.). all backlit buttons, a prominent ON / OFF. This is an idea of reflection, and I hope that many other designers TV will be implemented.
So far, the results of the matrix is the HDMI output of my cable as clear and sharp. Simple adjustments to fit all my private room (and my particular taste), conditions, and everything went well. I also tried a non-(old-upconverting) DVD player via component inputs as well, and “Fringe” looks damn near perfect.
But the sound is another matter. Is there really much you can do with two speakers, Samsung has done a great job with the settings and stuff, but let’s be honest – if you buy a TV of 46 inches, you’ve probably already put a much better stereo rolling. Otherwise – Well, this is the only way of caveat emptor (and not much is still big enough for me to reduce my 5-stars or so away).
Ok, a note to mention here, because I had to play “find the right size screws to use my old wall of the screws you need are standard 8 mm x 25 mm size that easily screw on Back in the series.
Another thing – do their back-side connections before hanging the ensemble. This proposal may seem like a “Duh”, but believe me from experience, tend to get excited and forget something like that for the first time.
I must also commend the shipping company (CEVA), because he was kind, friendly and helpful. They are not offered to establish at the beginning, but elsewhere throughout the house and put (a little ‘) in the room that would be created in
For the money, I must say that Samsung LN46B630 more impressive that I bought. Excellent image quality, decent (for television), audio, and extremely intuitive and easy to install.
If I have an understanding of their transfer of ownership of my trip, I would like to add here.
My builder recommends me to have distributed HD video wired thoughout the house. The price is $330 per location. So if i have this wired for my study, family room, 3 bedrooms, game room, and media room. It will cost me over $2K. My question is if i have this, does this mean I only need to have one HD box for all HDTVs or I will still need to have one HD box for each HDTV location? Thanks!
What is recommending is your home has one central location to distribute video. What he is not telling you is all the additional items you will need to make this functional. I would recommend against it as well. You can receive HD from a signal box located in the room itself and using a $29 HDMI cord from the box to the television.
